Edited...again. This is our 4th or 5th time calling Luxery Air. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Lonnie has visited with us multiple times and is amazing! He has helped us with AC and heating issues. Each time the services were explained, resolved and the quality is superior. We will never call any one else for our needs. This one of the hardest working men in the business and he deserves a raise. Thank you for coming out on such short notice in the 100 degree heat! Tanner diagnosed the problem with my AC in minutes and had a new capacitor installed, system cooling in no time! He is always friendly,  professional and knowledgeable.  I just signed for the repair without glasses,  I didn't see the cost, I'm sure he thought i could see it right there on the screen. I was remiss in not giving a big shout out to Tanner. He is an A/C tech with Luxury Air who came to my house last week to inspect and service my A/C unit. During his inspection, he detected a slight natural gas leak in my heater line. He informed me that he had closed the ball valve. On 7/27/26, noticed that older, downstairs condenser fan (2015 install) wasn't running. Upstairs unit installed 4/7/25 was keeping 1st floor at about 80 -- bearable. Within 24 hours, technician Julio arrived, found a failed capacitor, and after replacement, downstairs unit running well. If you're looking for a HVAC contractor, give Luxury Air a call. They are knowledgeable, observe safe practices, are responsive and competitively priced. Been with them nearly 20 years, great company! On 4/7/2025, had the new HVAC system installed as referenced in my 4/4/25 post. Matt was the lead for the install crew. Everyone arrived as scheduled. Everyone involved did an excellent job. They first laid down protective covering for wooden floors and carpet. The install was flawless, and they completely cleaned up afterwards. Once complete, Matt and team ran complete performance and safety checks. Luxury Air always has done a great job for us. We are delighted customers. 2025 Spring systems check-up on 4/4/25 and to diagnose a problem with one of our units. Technician Matt did a great job - as all their techs do. He has great HVAC knowledge, was thorough, and he paid attention to detail. Unfortunately, due to the location and severity of a refrigerant leak, the 15 cooling season unit needs replacement. Their quote was reasonable and they will install the new unit on 4/07, thankfully ahead of hot weather around 4/14. They gave us a nice "loyalty discount." No question that Luxury Air continues to be our HVAC "go-to-experts." Noticed that one of our A/C units stopped cooling around 5 PM on 7/31. 95 degrees outside. Have a maintenance contract with Luxury. Their fully  licensed technician was at our house within an hour and made the repair in less than hour. Only charged for the part due to our maintenance contract. No "emergency call" charge. Been with Luxury over 15 years. They are the best!!!!
